In any case detailed contact information will be given when an event is announced or made available on your receipt in case of purchases.
Our services are mostly during events and paid on the spot. As such therefore there is no applicable returns, refund and dispute policy. If you buy a pre-event ticket and you do not use it then you get a refund less 10% service charge. In case we cancel an event due to unforseen circumstances then we refund your purchase in full.
As these are ad-hoc events any terms, conditions, legal restrictions will be noted and regulations made available pre-event.
